The institution is ran by the' Ratanlal Phool Katori Devi Charitable Trust, Delhi. Presently, it has scaled the Top Rank to produce students to the society with strong feeling of Nationalism comprising personality and character development.

This organisation is spreaded in the area of eleven- thousands square yard with various streams like Arts, Science and Commerce. Besides, it has the labs with modern amenities for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, English , Social Science and computer.

One stadium, in the name of late Shri Kunj bihari Lal Ji, is the place, where, by the regular training of Judo, Karate, Malkhamb etc, is producing a lot of National and International players. We, like the other modern Schools, follow the 'House System' dividing whole lot of students in four Houses and time to time House competitions are organised awarding the House - Winners respectively
